I took a break from cosmetics and pharmacology study, and just spent an hour or so reading my Keiichiro Hirano novel. I’m about 40% of the way through, and am enjoying it so far.
I’m on a mission to master all 480 words in my level 4 textbook, tones and all. I studied words starting with the first tone. I repeated them a few times, but I need to review them before I move on to the list of words starting with the second tone.
I studies the pronoun “en” today. I’m still unsure of where to put it in certain sentence structures, but at least I know what it is. I also did a few pages of word dictation from my level 3 test book. I didn’t do so badly. It was the accents that tripped me up! It seems I’ve “half-learned” some words. Like with my Chinese, I need to go back and learn the words properly.
