I know, I’m not supposed to be doing Spanish until around 2025! But I needed a break from French and Chinese, and instead of sitting outside with a cup of coffee and admiring the view, I decided to do 15 minutes of Duolingo Spanish. I think I’ll keep it up – it was fun!

9th September 2020 – Chinese
I listened to a few units from my HSK level 1-4 vocabulary book, and did more reading passages from my HSK 4 textbook. I got quite a lot of the answers right, so I think I’ll do OK on the reading section, but I need to work on my listening!
9th September 2020 – French
I did about an hour of Duolingo, and studied the future tense in my textbook. I can see me getting confused with the imperfect, the future, the conditional and subjunctive tenses, so I’m learning one at a time.
