I continued to study the textbook for the cosmetics exam.

11th April 2020 – French
I did a lot today. I did an hour and a half of Duolingo, and then studied verbs with stems in -gn- and infinitives in -indre. I also learnt expressions with battre and mettre.
I then copied out five pages from my test vocabulary book and listened to and read five or so chapters from Mastering French Vocabulary.
Total study time: 2 hours 30 minutes – Duolingo: 1 hour 30 minutes, grammar: 30 minutes, vocabulary: 30 minutes
11th April 2020 – Chinese
I studied units 5 and 6 of my “Read Aloud” book in detail, and then did shadowing of units 1 – 6. If I add a unit or two every day and review all the previous units, I think the words and phrases I’m learning will stick.
